Five Priorities for Ward 5 and Peterborough

A work plan built on preparation, evidence, and accountability.

Promises are easy. Responsible public service requires clear priorities, realistic costs, measurable results, and the courage to explain difficult decisions. This campaign is not a finished list of answers. It is a commitment to listen, do the homework, ask difficult questions, and be honest about what one councillor and the City can deliver.

Here is where I will focus.

I am running to represent Ward 5, but a councillor's decisions affect the entire city.

Northcrest does not succeed if the rest of Peterborough struggles. A healthy downtown matters to the north end. Housing in every ward matters to the north end. A strong local economy, reliable transit, public safety, clean parks, and responsible budgets matter to all of us.

We can advocate firmly for our neighbourhood while still making decisions that strengthen Peterborough as a whole.

We will not always agree. Representation does not mean saying yes to every request. It means listening with respect, weighing the evidence, making a decision, and having the courage to explain it.
